image format issue in jira description using API

Hi
i am Creating/editing Jira issue through Rest APi
https://TEST.atlassian.net/rest/api/2/issue/{issueID}
in Description field passing this Description

but its not formatting as expected align=left not working
also suggest how we can store HTML email with images in jira issue description
please give solution on that
