Our team use JIRA SOFTWARE for more than 2 years,and now we would like to do some change ,we would like to change from "business" to "software",if we changed,what effect will have?how about the history data?affected or not?

I suggest you to read carefully this doc

You might considering the differences of the project types and limitations.

 

i.e if youre moving from a software project to a business, you will loose development features, and then data. like, versions, sprints, etc.

if youre doing the contrary, will may have less impact, but still you need to evaluate the scenario, map fields to the new project type, workflows and so on, before start moving issues.
