if the license is expired already on 31 Oct2023, if renew will it date back from 1 Nov 2023?

if the license is expired already on 31 Oct 2023, if we currently renew for 1 year,, if renew will it count date back from 1 Nov 2023 to Oct 31 2024?

Welcome to Atlassian Community!

If you have an expired Jira "Server" edition license, it is no longer possible to renew it - Atlassian has discontinued support for Server products as of 15.2.2024.
To continue support, you must purchase a new "Data Center" license or migrate to Atlassian Cloud.
