You cannot use if/else logic in a JQL statement.

Can you provide more information about the task you are trying to complete? There may be another solution.

For example:

if the "issue" have the field "request type"= "JIRA"
then set "affected module" = jira_software

if the "issue" have the field "request type"= "SALESFORCE"
then set "affected module" = salesforce_software

JQL is used to search for issues.

The scenario you describe can be handled using Automation Rules.

Automation rules allow you to use if/else-if/else blocks. Are you familiar with the Automation Rules feature? If not you may want to look on YouTube to find video tutorials. There are several available.
