Hello i can't really share a filter i followed the steps bellow but the problem is : Choose Issues > Manage Filters. Click the My tab. This tab displays all the filters that have been created by you. Locate the filter you wish to share and click on it. Hello i can't really share a filter

i followed the steps bellow but the problem is :

Bother, just answered that on the original thread...

Ah, this is something I regularly forget - most places I've worked have a blanket policy that "all users can share things", but that's not the default.

Go to Global Permissions and look for "create shared objects". Make sure you are in a group that has that permission. (In the long run, think about your users and who should be allowed to share)

Sharing filters is controlled by a global permission that only an administrator can grant...
