i want to connect on jira cloud but i can't pass the authentification

The wierd part is that jira does not recogniz my url when i to log in Atlassian support

I don't think that error message is the right one in a lot of cases.

I suspect you are using an Atlassian account which is not named as a technical or billing contact for that Cloud site.

i'm sorry i do not understand what does this mean. Do is mean that my url is good, so it's not the reason why i cannot link my teams to jira

The page you showed is is the beginnings of "raise a support request with Atlassian", for which you need to be named as a contact for the site.

It's nothing to do with linking your teams to Jira.

Try removing the https:// and just sunlightinsurance.atlassian.net
