i want to connect jira cloud to power BI without 3rd party connector

can anyone help me how to connect my Jira cloud instance to Microsoft Power BI without using 3rd party instances. also it will be helpful if i can get step by step instructions that i could follow.

The best practice recommendation would be to use a connector app (see the marketplace or a quick google search should help. If you have loads of time and basic coding skills and dont want a connector app you could use the REST API to reinvent the wheel.
