my colleagues cant able to assign a task for me.
Hi @rohit_singh_23 and welcome to the Community!
There's a couple of things that may be at play here. You should be able to confirm if you have Jira access or not by yourself. If you navigate to the url of your team's Jira instance (if you don't know what that is, ask one of your team mates to send you a direct link to a work item (task, if you want) and try to access that.
When you get there for the first time, you should be asked to log in. If you can't get past that point or get an error message saying you don't have permission to log in, you probably don't have access.
When people say they can't assign tasks to you, this may also be because the tasks are in a project that you don't have access to (yet). Or it may be that you are not assigned to an appropriate project role, where you may be able to see tasks but lack the specific permission to be set as an assignee. For all these scenarios, you should reach out to your company's Jira administrator, which is usually working in the IT team. Here in Community we are users like you with no access to your site, so we can advise, but not enter your company Jira.
Hope this helps!
Hello @rohit_singh_23 ,
Welcome to community :)
If you are part of the jira default group most likely it would be jira-software-users then you should have access to login to jira.
Now if your teammate is unable to assign issues to you in a project, Please check if you have the browse permission and Assignable User permission
Your teammate should have Assign Issues and browse permisison in the project as well
Any particular error message your teammates gets when trying to assigne issues or your name doesnt appear? also are they able to assigne issues to others ?
Thank You,
Prachi

check once with your colleague, if you have the assignable issue permission for that project.
Also is it a team managed or company managed project?
Additionally, I have noticed you mentioned enterprise plan, so you are eligible for 1:1 support here: https://support.atlassian.com/contact/
