i got to many statuses and im not sure how to delete/update them

I want to have a unique workflow with 4 statuses but all our projects have different workflow/status. How can i update them so they all use the same?

Welcome, to the community!

The steps is as follows...

1. Go to Admin --> issues --> Workflow

create a new workflow with four statuses that you want to use.

2. Create a new workflow scheme and add this newly created workflow to this scheme.

3. Associate the workflow scheme to the projects in which you want to use the same workflow.

1. Configure the workflow you need, add new status
2. create a new workflow scheme
3. Replace the project workflow scheme
