I know it has been a while since you posted this question, so I would like to know if you were able to login with your account.

When using Jira Cloud, we can use the option "Continue with Google", so since you are using a Gmail account, you can use this option to log in to your Jira site.

Also, I checked our tools and I can confirm that there is no bounce or block on your email.

Please, try to login with Google and let us know how it goes.
