Hello @bharat

Welcome to the Atlassian community.

Can you provide screen images of what you are viewing? In Jira Data Center a Roadmap does not typically have a Backlog, so it would be helpful if we could see what you are viewing.

Hey @bharat

if your epics are hitting the board but missing from the roadmap, it's almost always a scope or filtering issue. Just because an epic lives on a board doesn't mean the Roadmap "sees" it; you need to verify that the specific board or project is actually listed as an "Issue Source"  in your Plan settings.

The fastest way to troubleshoot this is using the "Find your issue" search tool under Roadmap Settings > Configure.

If you search for one of the missing epic keys there, Jira will tell you exactly why it’s being excluded whether it's due to a specific filter, an exclusion rule for completed work, or a hierarchy mismatch.

Also, double-check that your "PG Epic" type is correctly mapped in the Advanced Roadmaps hierarchy settings. If the issue type isn't assigned to the right level, the roadmap won't know how to display it. Start with that "Find your issue" search, and it’ll likely point you right to the specific setting that needs a tweak.
