So you are creating issues, but you don't see them after creating them.  Is that right?

Can you tell us the error you see when you try to look at one of these issues?

no error is showing

its just showing no result

Please could you go to one of the issues you cannot see, via https://yourjira/browse/key-123.  What error message do you get?

it is related to an issue I created. Usually when we raise such issue and assign it to CAPS_DEV an issue is created here like CS-99 and when we search such we can see the related issue. But this time its not working. please help

I'm afraid this tells us nothing beyond the fact you can't see something you think you should see.
