i can't pay my subscription

Hi everyone,
I’m trying to reactivate my Jira subscription, but the payment is not being deducted from my wallet. The reactivation process doesn’t seem to complete, and I’m unable to renew my subscription.
Has anyone experienced this issue or knows how to resolve it?
