i can't edit End and Start date of Jira tickets (design document)

Hello, 

I'm not able to change start and end date of Jira tickets with issue type: Design document.

When i change the dates, it first displays the new start and end date but it then jumps back to the original date after just a couple of seconds. 

Does anyone have the same issue?

Do you have any solutions?

Welcome to the community.

It sounds like there is some sort of customization that has been implemented in your Jira instances. You will need to speak with the administrators of your Jira instance to get help with that issue.
