I can no longer attach documents via a weblink using my Onedrive which i have done for the past 10 months. Please suggest me?
According to this open suggestion, adding attachments directly from OneDrive is not a supported feature of Jira Cloud yet: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRACLOUD-70209
You note using a "weblink", so I wonder if one of the recent changes for smart linking has impacted the steps you have been doing previously. Please review the new/rolling out changes to see if one of these matches a change to how you linked/attached files:

That appears to be a permissions issue. Other customers have seen that symptom for linking to GitHub repos.
I suggest to contact the Atlassian Support team for this one; they may be better able to see what is causing this.
