Password resetting is disabled for your user name.
Please ask your Jira Service Management administrator to enable password resets.

This message usually means the password reset can't be completed by the user directly.
If this is for a portal-only customer, admin can change it manually under admin.atlassian.com → Products → your site → Jira Service Management → Portal-only customers → More actions → Change password, assuming password login is enabled in your authentication settings and not overridden by SSO.
However, if you are locked out of your own admin account, the Community can't reset it, so you will need to reach out to Atlassian Billing and Licensing support
