i am not able to connect to jira  trough zephyr test management

Getting error " Peer not authenticated" and "Page not found".

That looks like a web-server error - I suspect your JIRA is behind a proxy web-server that is asking for authentication before it allows access to the JIRA

You'll need to talk to your administrators and network people about this.
