i am a org administrator and site admin but not able to see "Project Setting" for some projects

i am a org administrator and site admin but not able to see "Project Setting" for some projects...

How to enable these setting for org admin?

That would certainly be odd. Tell me more about these projects. Is it possible that these are archived or trashed projects?

All are active projects but i have deleted Groups from "Administration access" in

Site Settings>>Product Access menu. i have revert that and able see "Project Settings" option for all project.
