Hello, 

my subsciption jira and confluence : https://formation-pm-ouafae.atlassian.net/ are desactived. could you help me to activate please?

When was the last time you accessed the content in Jira and in Confluence?

Were you paying for the subscription?

Did you receive an email that the subscriptions were being deactivated? If so, what reason was giving in the email? And when did you receive the email?

As @Matteo Vecchiato said Atlassian does deactivate free subscription that are left inactive for an extended period of time. They send warning emails before, and another email on the day they deactivate the subscription. The hold the data for only 15:days after deactivation in that case, and then the permanently purge the data from their system.

If you are within that 15 day window then you can reactivate the subscription following the guidance here:

My account was free. and it is deactivated the 17/05/2025.

is there any way to activate my account?

Probably it was a free subscription and after a while without using it, it has been deactivated. 

This is the community and we haven't access to your subscription. I raise your question to the official atlassian support.
