we have advanced roadmap shared cross multiple teams. we noticed, they editing the issue dates from issue inside, while they are working on it and extend its dates which affect on the whole plan. so, how we can guarantee their access to plan without editing operational details from any place.

Hello @saad

Base on your description, i think the setting of your plan, "start date" and an "end date" are mapped to a date field on screen of Jira issue . If someone modifies this issue in Jira, it will change on the plan.

I suggest mapping these start date and end date to a date field that does not appear on the issue screen. This will prevent team members from modifying the dates directly on the issue screen.

For example, you can use "Target Start" and "Target End" fields. (defaut filed from ARM)
