how we can calculate the BA performance

we maintain sprint for BA Team , currently the Sprint is for 30 day , currently the user story taken a more time to mark a staus as completed , so we are unable to calculate the BA Team Performancr , we uses the third party software to maintain the Performance

Hi @Durga Solse , measuring "performance " is a tricky thing. First you need to define what "performance " means to you and your team. In Jira scrum the tool I use is the Velocity report accompanied by the retrospectives. Over many sprints the Velocity report will begin to illustrate the # of story points the team is capable of accomplishing in a sprint. Moreover the team will become better at estimation of stories. If the report shows a considerable variation of the norm the the Retrospective can help with understanding why.
