How to Add filed (location) - Custom Google Map Field  to my project and create  issue .

Go to "find new add-ons" and search for the Jira Toolkit, and install it.

Then go to the list of custom fields, and click "add new field".  In the selection, click "all" so you can search all the field types, and enter location into the search.
