Hi Sema,

The last login date is accessible in the administration section of Atlassian Cloud. On the Users list in administration, the Last activity column shows when a user was most recently active on the site:

You can access the Administration section by appending your site URL with /admin - example:

yoursite.atlassian.net/admin

or simply by choosing Administration from the app switcher:

Note that you need Site Admin permissions in order to access the administration section and view the login details.
