how to use script runner to switch issue type scheme for a project

i am trying to use script runner to switch project schemes.

Both IssueTypeScreenSchemeManager and PermissionSchemeManager got method to remove and add/update project scheme.

But IssueTypeSchemeManager doesn't have similar method. Is there any class has method to update the project issue type scheme?
