Hi Khadija,

Welcome to the community! Hopefully you got a chance to introduce yourself!

To do this with a python script you would need a tool like scriptrunner for Jira. Though if you needed a tool that users can use versus Jira admins I’d recommend looking at automation for Jira as it would accomplish something similar but is more user friendly
