how to see total story points for a sprint that has not been started yet?

I want to see the total story point of each teammate to balance the workload before starting a new sprint. When I was working for my previous company, I used to see a popped-up panel that showed the total story points along with my teammates' names on the backlog page, it looked like this:

assignee               issues            points
-----------------------------------------
name1                       4                   8

name2                      5                   9

name3                      4                   7

name4                      6                   10

My previous company used a paid plan, but my current company uses a free plan. I believe that this panel is called workload by assignee.

Is there any way to use this feature on a free plan?

Made a video about this a few weeks ago, but you can click on the 3 dots next to the facepile on a sprint while in the Backlog view. I show this at around 3:05 in this video.
