how to scale jira servicedesk?

Hi, does anyone use multiple JIRA servicedesk front-ends to spread workload? currently we deployed 1 frontend with 1 backend(db). but I'm exploring the scalability to avoid future headache. if yes, could you please let me know how to deploy? thanks!
