how to revoke access to site from application side

we have an application where we have integrated jira by using the jira api
but on the application side we have provided a disable feature that removes our application access to jira but we have not found the route to revoke access from the application side
i can revoke acess from user side to the application 
but i want to revoke access from application side

i have developed an app that diaplays all the jira tickets and in that application we have a field to disable jira so i am looking for a route so that i can remove my application from the connected app section of user
