how to restrict worklog view permission by default

Hi folks,

using the Add - Worklog - dialog I am able to restrict the viewer of this specific worklog entry. is it possible to to set this specific role (e.g. developers) by default on project or  jira instance level?

You will have to modify the velocity templates or use some javascript hacks to do that. I prefer javascript because it doesn't touch the core files.
