how to remove admin from project as he isn't working in the project

the problem is that we have fired one Admin and now we aren't in contact. We are struggling to remove this person but we have no rights. Can you please provide me some way to do this task?

You'll need to find the other people who have admin rights, either the site owner or Jira administrators.
