how to remove a user from a project

We are using a free jira account. from one of our projects, we need to remove a user. Note: This user should have access to other projects.

Please help how to deal with this situation.

Cannot (remove a user from a project in free Jira): no such option.

Not that it changes anything: all users are automatically project admins in free Jira.

If the user is added to the project roles, you can go to Project setting -> Access and remove it.
