how to re-open closed epic

Hello,

I closed an epic by accident and now cant seem to re-open it, so that it appears on the backlog. help please !

If you want to change the issue status as Joe mentioned be sure you have a transition from your done status into a To Do or in progress status. Note this might be satisfied to a “all “ transition method.

if you also wish to change the Epic status (you should) then you first must transition the issue status out of done then ensure that epic status is displayed in your detailed issue view click in that field and change it as well.
