how to move an issue from a project to a board?

tickets were moved to a board and now they are moved to inssues

Welcome to the Atlassian Community.

When you create the Board for any project. all the project issues come in the backlog section for that board (its based on the board filter).

Then from backlog section you can move to sprint by drag and drop.
