how to make 'create issue' popup screen as new page ? (i don't want as popup)

hi,

i am new to jira.

i don't want 'Create issue' screen as popup in Jira 5.2.x, i want as a new page this screen. how to do this ?

is it possible to customize ?, if possible, please help me on the same.
