Greenhopper is actually a JIRA plugin, so what you need to do is integrate JIRA with Perforce to get this working and to integrate JIRA and Perforce requires FishEye to act as the go-between for the two applications as described in this document: https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/JIRA/Integrating+JIRA+with+Perforce
