how to exit the project

I am unable to exit a project which I by mistake joined in

How did you join in the project? And what are you trying to accomplish by "leaving the project"?

My colleague shared the link of jira project, which I am not supposed to join. But I joined in. I am not the  part of that project.

Neither I nor the admin is able to make me exit the project

Hello,

As far as I know, you can't just leave the project.

If by mistake you got an invitation to the project, and you accepted, you need to contact the project administrator or site administrator. They have possibility to remove you from the project.

Admin is also unable to remove me from the project
