how to display a field if two options of check box are checked

Hello, 

I have a question regarding custom fields of type checkbox. I am usinng Power script for executing script in jira. I have created a custom field that contains two checkboxes options.

I want to check if both options are selected, then another field show depending on these selctions. How to do it?
