Need a assistant to disable time tracking when creating an issue? Here I attached the screenshot also

Hello, Good day. I believe this field is configured as required. You can remove the time tracking fields from the create issue screen. https://support.atlassian.com/jira-cloud-administration/docs/manage-issue-screens/

Hi @Ramesha - your screenshot indicates the 3 fields are mandatory in your configuration as the error is saying a value is required in each of the fields.

So after you remove the fields from the create issue screen, you should also check the Field Configuration for the affected issue type(s) and ensure the Time Tracking field is not set to required (ie. it is not defined as a mandatory field).
