how to create a custom field as attachment that we can upload the files separator

as title, i have two ideas

one, i would like a separate area to upload the file, if i create some prompt screen, it include attachment one by one.

two, i would like some file as the standard template if i create new issue then prompt it, and i can download this file to fill some information into.

Hi @marshal 

There is no custom field of type attachments, only the default system field attachments.

Any other idea or solution to meet your needs will have to be custom development
