how to configure syslog request in JIRA

Could you please confirm how to configure syslog request in JIRA. This is required as a part of communication between Qradar and JIRA .

Need the syslog message to be sent to QRadar in LEEF Format (Log Event Extended Format ).

This is bit urgency. Please let me know whether this is possible or not.

Can we able to integrate through webhooks for IBM QRadar System.
