I was much interested in working with Jira but have few queries,
1. how to integrate Jira service desk with site24*7 and need to get alerts by Jira
for example:- if I get any issue alert in site24*7 monitoring tool then jira should trigger a ticket automatically for a particular assignee
I’m not familiar with site24*7 But if that tool can generate an email when an alert is created then it could be sent to Jira service desk which would create a ticket.
