how to change the colour of issue whenever the issue is moved into particular transition

I have a workflow transition called conflict, I need change the issue colour whenever the issue is is transited to conflict state, How can i achieve this

Did you tried card colors on Board level. it will gives a boarder outline colors to your card.

To change the colors of entire issue you may need to look into Atlassian Marketplace.

Iam getting the colored border for the issue that i can see only when i open the backlogs, but iam not getting any such border when i open the list of all issues.

Is there any way to display the colored border even when the user is seeing the list of issues
