how to add a new status to the delivered workflow. Need to add a status = ON HOLD

just need to modify the delivered workflow to add more statuses, such as ON HOLD

Hi @Ed McMahon , is this a company managed or team managed project? You can find this information in the bottom left-hand corner of your screen. You will need to be administrator to add statuses and update the workflow. If you are not please meet with the appropriate administrator to discuss your needs.

company managed:

• project settings 
• workflows
• find the desired workflow and click ✏️ icon (edit)
• add status and transitions to meet your needs
• publish workflow (save a copy of the original)
• test

team managed:

• project settings 
• choose the issue type associated with the workflow
• edit the workflow (button on screen)
• add status and transitions to meet your needs
• save changes
• test
