how to add Login policy on users Confluence Login page?

Hi,

We have compliance that we need to follow for all browser based applications. I need to add some content "Login policy" for about 5 to 10 lines on Confluence Login page.

Find some information about changing login.vm. But not sure how to edit and which section to edit. Any help is much appreciated. It needs to be done in couple of days.

You can try changing footer-content.vm file @

<confluence installed path>/confluence/decorators/includes
