How do I reset my story / project?

I did some tests and I would like to start from scratch again.

Does the request take some time?

you cannot really "reset". But you can do any of the following:

• contact Support to have them assist, but you are on Free so this isn't possible :-(
• delete the issues. i normally advise against this but your situation is the one exception, i.e. where you want to remove test issues. This however will not start the number back at "1".
• start a new project, new name, project key, etc.

I just made some changes to the Workflows and I would like to undo them

If you saved a copy of the workflow(s) when publishing your changes you can simply associate the old version under the Workflow page. If you did not save a copy then you will have to manually change them back.
