how find comment by Created Date

Is it possible somehow to run JQL or Basic to find my issue which was posted on certain date,    Is it possible to run my filter by Comment.Created = '2024-04-04' somehow??

Looks like all filter options related to ISSUES ?

Maybe there are some 3rd parties tools ?

The filtering capabilities are designed to give you a list of issues based on criteria.

Are you trying to get a list of issues or a list of comments? What are you trying to get as a result of your filter?

There are a few third party apps that extend the filtering functionality.

Enhanced Search is one. It adds the "commentedOn" field to JQL.

JQL Search Extensions is another. It adds the CommentedOnDate option.
