The audit log may have recorded it, and if you have notifications for "issue deleted", then the people who got the emails about it may have kept them.  But that's about it.  A deleted issue is gone, there's nowhere to record anything about it.

yes . I just want to see log  something deleted or no?

How can i check audit log ? I got Email sometimes and sometimes not.

Sorry, yes, it's Admin -> Audit log, in the UI.

If you can get access to the server logs on disk you may still be able to search for the issue key and find the actions on the issue.
