how do i restrict a particular transition status to be shown to only few users

I have a transistion call 'Accept Issue' and 'Reject issue' . which need to be shown to only a set of users . how do i achieve it?

Edit the transition and add "conditions" to it.  Even with a very plain Jira, you should find you can add conditions such as "only users in role X can use this transition" or "only users in group Y can use this transtion"

Hi,

This is a cloud version jira, am unable to find conditions tab on editing the transition in the workflow

Cloud shouldn't matter, transitions still have conditions and they will be there on the transition property tab when you are editing the workflow

Two exceptions:

• You don't get to edit workflows like this in Next-gen projects
• The "create" transition does not have conditions
