What you have provided appears to be a URL for an Atlassian Cloud site which could host a variety of Atlassian Cloud products such as Jira and/or Confluence.
Is this a site that you set up? Or did somebody tell you to access the site?
If you were told to access the site then ask the people who told you that what login your should use. Generally to login to an Atlassian Cloud site and access a product you use an email address, and that email address must have been granted access to the site and product by the site/product owners.
