I already have access to Jira, but I would like to open the schedule in Gantt and this requires Big Picture. Unfortunately the access does not work

Pls Can you elaborate on the question?

Are you trying to get a Trial to BigPicture or have onboarded it but get an error?

As per https://bigpicture.one/articles/bigpicture-app-configuration/ you need to grant the user App User permission to access BigPicture, you'll need to navigate to the apps Settings and grant the required user the role : https://appfire.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/DLP/pages/297963784/Administration

I haven't used this app yet, so cannot test this out unfortunately, I'll suggest raising a support ticket with the app's support team to get the exact steps if you don't find it in the Admin settings.
